Frequently asked questions

How do I get a SafePlay account?
SafePlay™ is provided to athletes and staff by their academy, club, or sports-medicine organisation. There is no public sign-up — your organisation administrator creates your account and gives you the login details. If your organisation isn’t using SafePlay yet, email us to request access.
How do I log in?
Open the app, enter your organisation’s code and your registered phone number or email, then tap “Send OTP”. Enter the one-time code we send you to sign in. If you don’t receive a code, check your number/email with your administrator.
Does SafePlay work offline?
Yes. SafePlay is offline-first — you can run assessments and capture data with no connection, and everything syncs automatically once you’re back online. The cloud icon in the app shows your sync status.
How is my health data protected?
Your data is stored securely and isolated per organisation, and is only used to provide the app’s features — never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
How do I access or delete my data?
You can request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us. We’ll verify your identity and respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
