Frequently asked questions
- How do I get a SafePlay account?
- SafePlay™ is provided to athletes and staff by their academy, club, or sports-medicine organisation. There is no public sign-up — your organisation administrator creates your account and gives you the login details. If your organisation isn’t using SafePlay yet, email us to request access.
- How do I log in?
- Open the app, enter your organisation’s code and your registered phone number or email, then tap “Send OTP”. Enter the one-time code we send you to sign in. If you don’t receive a code, check your number/email with your administrator.
- Does SafePlay work offline?
- Yes. SafePlay is offline-first — you can run assessments and capture data with no connection, and everything syncs automatically once you’re back online. The cloud icon in the app shows your sync status.
- How is my health data protected?
- Your data is stored securely and isolated per organisation, and is only used to provide the app’s features — never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
- How do I access or delete my data?
- You can request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us. We’ll verify your identity and respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
