Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SafePlay™ mobile app and platform (“SafePlay”), operated by Unicus Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using SafePlay, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

SafePlay is provided to athletes and staff through an organisation (your “Organisation”). Accounts are created and managed by your Organisation’s administrators; there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use SafePlay for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• access data you are not authorised to access, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
• interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.

3. Health information disclaimer

SafePlay is a tool for recording and managing athlete health and performance information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Decisions about an athlete’s health and participation remain the responsibility of qualified personnel.

4. Your content and data

Data you and your Organisation enter into SafePlay remains yours and your Organisation’s. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

SafePlay, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Unicus Technologies Private Limited and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the app as permitted here.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep SafePlay available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicus Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SafePlay. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated by your Organisation or by us if these Terms are breached, or when your relationship with the Organisation ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
